Position: Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounting

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure all accounting transactions are in compliance with CIFRS for SME and other relevant Law on Accounting and Taxation.
- Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, tax related duties, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned.
- Prepare and ensure the financial reports for top management and group and other reports required are accurate and timeliness.
- Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively con- vey analysis to the top management as requested.
- Cash flow preparation and forecasting.
- Annual Budget preparation, monitoring and analysis.
- Treasury management.
- Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
- Work closely and manage team to ensure all tax fillings are re- quired by laws and regulations are performed accurately and timeliness, solving any tax related issues and communicating with tax auditor.
- Setting goals and evaluating staff performance management system.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Coordinate and correspond with other Departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify areas for improvement and keep continuous for improvement.
- Provide appropriate training to Finance & Accounting Team.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in finance/accounting, ACCA, equivalent
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax and regulation.
- Minimum 5 years in experience of Finance/Accounting (Manufacturing/Construction is a plus).
- Computer: Good at advanced MS Excel, Words, Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Dynamic AX, and PowerPoint
- Language: Professional proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus
