Your Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify and assess business opportunities within the industrial sector, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, industrial parks, and logistics centers.

Analyze industry trends, client requirements, and competitors to develop tailored business strategies for PEB and construction services in the industrial market.

Identify new target sectors within the industrial domain, including emerging industries that could benefit from PEB solutions (e.g., e-commerce logistics, renewable energy facilities, and automation hubs).
Sales & Revenue Generation: -
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed business development goals, with a strong focus on the industrial sector.
- Identify key decision-makers, including facility managers, construction heads, procurement officers, and senior executives in industrial companies.
- Lead the entire sales cycle for industrial projects: from lead generation to qualification, proposal submission, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Offer tailored solutions for industrial clients, emphasizing the cost-effectiveness, speed of construction, and scalability of PEB solutions for industrial applications.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and profitability.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industrial cli-ents, including manufacturers, logistics companies, and large-scale enterprises.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-project completion.
- Understand the specific needs of industrial clients and provide technical guidance on how PEB structures can solve their facility challenges.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and the internal project management, design, and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, project man-agement) to develop customized PEB solutions that meet the specific needs of industrial clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, highlighting the benefits of PEB solutions for industrial facilities, including cost efficiency, sustainability, speed, and flexibility.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with client specifications and are technically feasible.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and seminars focused on industrial development, construction, and logistics.
- Establish a strong professional network with stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the industrial sector, including developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments, innovations in industrial construction, and government policies affecting the sector (e.g., zoning, environmental regulations).
- Promote the company’s capabilities in delivering PEB and construction solutions for industrial sectors through various marketing and branding initiatives.
Collaborating Across Departments: - Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, digital marketing strategies, and targeted outreach campaigns aimed at industrial clients.
- Liaise with the engineering and technical teams to ensure that client specifications and industrial requirements are accurately reflected in the design and execution phases.
- Work with the project management team to ensure that all projects are executed according to client expectations, with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
Monitoring & Reporting: - Track and report on the progress of sales activities, including leads, proposals, meetings, and closed deals, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Maintain and analyze a pipeline of opportunities, forecasting sales revenue and tracking performance against targets.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to improve the sales process, identify challenges, and adjust strategies accord-ingly.
- Identify potential risks or obstacles in securing industrial projects (e.g., budget constraints, competition) and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Seek out new and innovative opportunities in industrial sectors that can benefit from PEB technology and construction services, including retrofitting or expanding existing facilities.
- Engage with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any operational concerns related to the construction process.
- Coordinate after-sales support and maintenance contracts where applicable, ensuring clients have the necessary support for the longevity of their PEB structures.
Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

A master’s degree (MBA, MSc) or specialized certifications in construction management or industrial facilities management is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of business development or sales experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on industrial markets such as manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green certifications, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated success in selling large-scale industrial projects, particularly in the PEB and steel building sectors.
- Experience in building long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the industrial sector.
- Experience working with large industrial developers, logistics firms, and manufacturing companies.
- Strong understanding of PEB construction techniques, industrial building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and facility managers.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and close complex deals.
- Familiarity with project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contract discussions.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- High-level problem-solving ability, particularly in understanding complex industrial client requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
