Position: PEB Sales Manager
Section: 
Report to: Sales Director / Business Development Manager
Responsible for: 
Department: Sales and Business Development

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for PEB solutions, including industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and commercial structures.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential cus-tomers and industry trends in the PEB and steel construction sectors.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through net-working, industry events, direct marketing, and referrals.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track sales progress, and manage opportunities through to closure.

  • Bidding & Proposal Management: Prepare and present sales pro-posals, including pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules. En-sure that proposals align with customer requirements and company capabilities.

  • Customer Negotiations: Engage in contract negotiations, including terms and pricing, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.

  • Close Deals: Successfully close sales deals, ensuring timely follow-ups, effective contract management, and delivery of commitments.

  • Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants in the construction industry.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the sales process and addressing any concerns that arise during or after the sale.
  • Customer Retention: Develop strategies to maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, increasing repeat business opportunities and customer loyalty.
  • Work with Technical & Engineering Teams: Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution, from design to delivery.
  • Coordinate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, attend trade shows, and generate leads through digital marketing efforts.
  • Support Project Execution: Oversee the post-sales process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within scope, and meets customer expectations.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, fore-casting, and pipeline status to senior management.
  • Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, lead conversion rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve targets.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree in Business or Engineering is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong background in selling pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, or construction materials.

  • Prior experience in sales management or leading a sales team is preferred.

  • Experience in client relationship management and negotiating large-scale contracts.
    Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of PEB solutions, steel structure design, and construction processes.

  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and find solutions that benefit both parties.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with the project management process, from initial sales to project completion.
  • CRM Tools: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Highly driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, project management, and marketing teams.
  • Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
