Project Sales Engineer - Chinese Speaking

Position: Project Sales Engineer
Section: Sales
Report to: Sales Manager
Responsible for:
Department: Sales

Manage sales activities to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
Identify and qualify opportunities within your territory, pursuing conversion of qualified
leads to customer solution with subscription-based revenue.
Develop positive, active, ongoing relations and communications with assigned customers.
Always be well prepared when approaching customers.
Provide timely and accurate feedback on new customer visits, sales performance, and other information to be incorporated into the company’s strategies of sales improvement plan.
Maintain proficiency on last version of product knowledge and other related information (i.e., promotion)
Work directly with existing customers to retain and grow their business.
Raise quotation / drawing request forms to Design department.
Be able to do estimation based on customer’s requirements (i.e., estimate quotation and propose drawing)
Coordinate with customers and cross departments for successful and timely execution of projects.
Be responsible for project reference and site survey.
Coordinate site sign boards.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
At least 3 years of work experience in sales and construction industry
Skill in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and MS Project
Skill in problem-solving, multitasking, negotiation, communication, flexibility, 5S & safety, and organizational skills
Capable of working under pressure and prioritizing own workload
Good command of spoken and written English, knowledge in Chinese is a plus.
